YOUR NUMBER. YOUR RULES.

One helpful voice. Your way of working.

Cleaning, plumbing, repairs or deliveries — a pilot starts with the questions and handoffs that fit your business.

  • Your service area

Set where you work, which services you offer and which requests need a person.

  • Your prices and conditions

Define what can be quoted, what starts from a price and what needs an estimate.

  • Your team stays in charge

Review the conversation and agree on the next step before any real connection is enabled.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Clear before
we connect.

A useful pilot starts with knowing what it can — and can’t — do.

Is this only for firewood delivery?

No. Firewood is the sample conversation. We’re focusing the pilot on home services such as cleaning, plumbing, repairs and deliveries, with questions tailored to each business.

Will Vevelli promise a price or delivery date?

Only approved information should be used. Where a price depends on the job, the next step is a quote request. A preferred date stays a request until availability is checked and your team confirms it.

What if the caller is outside our area?

Your service area is part of the pilot setup. The conversation should explain that boundary rather than suggest your team can serve an address it cannot.

Can I connect my phone number now?

This website shows sample conversations and lets you request a pilot. Live phone routing, delivery to your team and business-specific integrations are not connected here yet; we’ll discuss those requirements with you.
