What this notice covers

This notice covers the marketing website at vevelli.com, its sample conversations, meeting-booking flow and ways to contact the Vevelli team. It does not describe account data in the separate my.vevelli.com application or future live receptionist services. Contact us if you need privacy information about those services.

Visiting the website

Our hosting and security services, including Cloudflare, receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages to deliver and protect the website. Operational and security logs may contain these request details.

The published site also includes Cloudflare’s measurement script for page views and loading performance. Read about Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare’s privacy practices. Browser storage or security cookies used by infrastructure or external services are separate from the form fields described below.

When you choose a language manually, the website stores only “en” or “ru” in a vevelli_language preference cookie for up to one year. It remembers your choice and contains no account data. You can remove it in your browser settings.

Booking a conversation

The booking calendar uses your selected date and timezone to show available times. When you choose “Review booking”, your name, email address and any company, meeting topic or message you provide are sent to the existing Bastion booking service. This happens before the final confirmation, so the service can check your selected time and prepare the booking.

Confirming a booking creates a Google Calendar event and invitation with a Google Meet link. The meeting organizer can see your booking details. Calendar, invitation and meeting information is also handled by Google under its Privacy Policy.

Contact, pilot and interest enquiries

These forms ask for your name, an email address or phone number, business details and a message. Online submission is currently not connected: the website shows a notice and disables the submit button. Simply typing into the form does not submit an enquiry.

“Email instead” prepares a draft in your email application using the details you entered. It does not send an email automatically. If you send it, your email provider and our mailbox handle that message so we can respond. Any request submitted directly to the website can still be processed for validation and error handling, even while normal online submission is disabled.

Please share business contact information only. Do not include passwords, payment information, patient records or sensitive customer details.

Listening to a sample

Our demos play prerecorded audio files served by this website. They are not live calls. The demo player does not request microphone access, record your voice or send your audio to an AI voice service.

Your records and choices

A booking or sent email can leave records in the booking service, calendars and mail systems. Closing this website does not cancel a meeting or delete those records. Storage and retention can differ between these services; this notice does not promise a single automatic deletion period.

Email dmitry@bastionresearch.com to ask what information we hold about your enquiry or booking, request a correction or deletion, or ask about retention. Include only enough information to identify the relevant request. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. Requests involving records held by another provider may need to be handled with that provider.

We will update this page as the website’s data handling changes. The date above identifies this version. Live receptionist services and account features need their own privacy information; the website demos are not a claim of HIPAA readiness.
